Can you hold a place before I apply?
In some circumstances, we can place a hold on properties. Speak to the listing agent and see if it works on the property that you are interested in. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We only require 1st months rent along with the security deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Each adult over the age of 18 must apply for our properties. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, most all of our properties offer a refundable security deposit, less a small cleaning fee. Talk with you agent for more details. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Cosigners are needed if the applicants themselves do not meet our credit or income thresholds. Ask the listing agent for more details if you think this may be an option for you. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can go to our website and apply or we can send you a link to the application. -
How do I pay rent?
We have several online options for our tenants to pay rent, or they can choose to pay by mail with either a cashiers check or money order. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Notify us and we will seek permission from the owner on your behalf. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Notify us immediately. We can work with you both. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Submit a move-out notice through your online portal. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The owner is responsible for most repairs. However, in your lease, you are responsible for plumbing clogs, light bulbs, filters and indoor pest control.
